The wine has a bright, sparkling, light yellow colour.
On the nose, the wine presents a pleasant aromatic complexity evolving on notes of mead, acacia honey and beeswax.
The mouth is ample and generous with notes of exotic fruits and roasted dried fruits. A wine full of charm and elegance.
Escalope of foie gras on a compote of apples and fruits. Pan-fried cod mitan with tandoori and vegetable tian or Prawns a la plancha with lemongrass and citrus butter.
