Light lemon yellow in colour, the robe is brilliant and limpid.
The first nose is pleasant with fruity and floral notes. On aeration, subtle aromas of mirabelle plum, yellow peach and white flowers are revealed.
The palate is ample and fresh with elegant lemon and white fruit notes. A racy wine, true to its varietal, with a beautiful structure and a mineral finish.
Oriental cuisine with mild spices: Stir-fried shrimp with satay, rice noodles, or sea fish couscous.
