The first nose express itself trough yellow fruits, like mirabelle with mushrooms notes.
In mouth the attack is soft, on the fruit with sweetness. The mouth goes on a warm and licorice final.
Goose or duck foie gras, mirabelle chutney and carrot toast or Kougelhopf with snails, cream sauce with chives.
