The colour of the wine is a deep yellow with silver reflections.
The nose opens with minerality and gunflint and evolves into candied yellow fruit.
The attack remains supple, with ripe yellow fruit intermingling with the minerality and persistence of this very fine wine for laying down.
A ballotine of poultry stuffed with foie gras or smoked fish with horseradish whipped cream.
