To the eye, this wine has a beautiful bright yellow colour. On the nose, we appreciate notes of ripe pear. Its generous structure envelops the mouth; the palate is round and then gives way to a beautiful acidity specific to the terroir.
The concentration is optimal, the sweetness honey-like, the balance subtle.
This semi-dry wine can be enjoyed with foie gras, strong cheeses or Asian cuisine. It is the perfect accompaniment to sweet desserts.
