The colour is a light yellow with silver reflections.
The nose is of ripe fruit and young vine flowers. The attack remains supple, opening on citrus fruits with a slight minerality, then evolving on yuzu lemon and mirabelle plum with a slight finish on astringency.
A dandelion salad with soft-boiled eggs or a wild garlic pesto.
