This wine has a beautiful deep black cherry red colour.
Bright and clear with purple highlights.
The first nose is expressive and very pleasant.
When aired, the wine reveals all its aromatic complexity. Notes of cherry, strawberry, hawthorn, violet, carnation and spices.
In the mouth the wine is frank with a volume on the fruit.
A full and rich wine with a spicy and balanced finish evolving on fine and supple tannins.
A Pinot Noir of a very good quality to accompany a veal paupiette with root puree or a quail à la strasbourgeoise.
