This bright, clear wine has a light lemon yellow colour with green highlights.
Aromatic notes of fresh almond, mint, sage and lemon are revealed on aeration.
In the mouth, the wine is full and slightly lemony with a mineral finish.
A local wine to accompany an onion tart or a fillet of pike-perch meunière with steamed apple.
