Clear red cherry color with pink reflections, thick and slow legs.
The nose is pleasant and intense, with fresh leather, vanilla and black fruits notes. During aeration roasting and finest spices are mixing with black fruits, like cassis and black cherry.
The mouth soft and fresh, evolve towards black fruits with existing tannins. The wine stay strong at the mouth’s end with a feathery bitterness.
To marry with a roasted pheasant stuffed with bacon and peas or Aiguillettes of beef fillet with blackcurrant berries, fried vegetables and gratin Dauphinois.
