Wine with a beautiful red cherry color and carmine reflections.
The nose is very pleasant with black fruits with stone brandy, raspberry, leather, coffee and finest wooded notes. During aeration, tones of black fruits like balckbery and cassis complete the enchanting bouquet of this wine.
In mouth the wine is ample and silky with tough tannin and a vegetal point. A very beautiful Pinot Noir expression.
A beautiful mature wine to savor right now with a roasted herbs crisps rack of lamb or a goose stew with spaetzle.
