The wine has an elegant light cherry red colour.
The first nose is complex and pleasant. On aeration the wine reveals its warm character with notes of stewed black fruit, spices and leather on a note of fresh almond.
The mouth is ample and fresh with notes of ripe red fruit. The tannins are fine and supple.
Sauté of beef Strogonoff style with rice pilaf or Navarin of lamb with small vegetables.
