The wine is garnet red in colour with purple highlights.
The nose is open and powerful with notes of jammy fruit and undergrowth.
The mouth is ample and fresh with a nice balance on the fruit. The tannins are ample and delicate while maintaining a nice power.
A well-balanced and elegant wine to be served with a roasted and stuffed suckling pig with Chips or escargot with maitre d’hôtel butter.
