The wine has a ruby red colour with orange reflections.
The nose is expressive with notes of jammy red fruit and undergrowth, evolving into spices and vanilla.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is round and suave and the tannins are well integrated with the spicy and roasted notes.
To be enjoyed with a monkfish fillet with bacon in columbo sauce or with a ham en croute with mesclun salad.
