The wine has a beautiful light cherry red colour with slightly orange reflections.
The first nose is expressive with notes of black fruits and woody notes evolving on vanilla, plum and spices.
The mouth is ample, silky with a refreshing structure that leads to a fresh almond finish.
A fresh and supple wine.
To be enjoyed with creamy liver dumplings, sautéed potatoes or with a Kassler and potato salad.
