Domaine Hering
The wine has a shiny ruby red color.
The first nose is light, on small red fruits notes, leather and fur. During aeration the wine reveals its evolution on candied cherry “kirshée”, the under-growth and chocolate on a spicy note.
The attack in mouth is frank with an evolution on freshness. The wine is fresh on a spicy final and silky tannins. A wine on the fruit with a soft mouth and a woody final.
Roasted squab with bacon and French peas stuffed cabbage with foie gras.
