A bright lemon-yellow wine with green hues, a thick disc, with slow, thick legs.
The nose is pleasant, with notes of English candy and undergrowth. It evolves on notes of mushroom and yellow fruits with a minty note.
An attack on the palate on the freshness, with a mid-palate on the sweetness and a mineral final with notes of sweet almond.
Poached shrimp and oyster creamy broth perfumed with citronella verbena. Oyster herbs salad, tartar and tomato jelly with coriander.
