A beautiful lemmon yellow tint with golden reflections.
A sparkling wine with thick and slow legs.
The first nose express itself with rose and exotic fruits notes. During aeration the honey trait and the over-matured yellow fruits amplifies themselves. In mouth the wine is soft and the aromatical rose bouquet reveals itself. A very orginal wine for this kind of cepage.
Accompany with some oriental appetizers. Pineapple pork or a Colombo Lamb with pilaf rice.
