The wine has a brilliant, pale yellow colour with silver highlights.
The nose is expressive with notes of lime and citrus.
When aired, the wine reveals notes of rose buds and ripe white fruit.
The mouth is ample, with a nice freshness that brings length and structure on a mineral finish.
A very fine wine for gastronomy.
A fish croustade or salmon and cod millefeuille with chive sauce.
