Clear yellow color Riesling with green glances
The nose with its delicate bouquet is expressive. During areration the lemoned meilssa aromas, sage and mint are mixing with lemon and lime.
In mouth the wine has a soft and fresh structure, on a mineral final with coriander seeds and candied oranges notes.
An surprising and very pleasant wine that will be a great complement to gastronomy with a pie of river fish with butter and juniper berries or sweetbreads donuts.
