A beautiful light lemon yellow hue with gold highlights.
Sparkling wine with thick and slow legs.
The first nose expresses notes of rose and exotic fruits. During aeration the honeyed character and very ripe yellow fruit increases.
On the palate the wine is supple and the aromatic bouquet of rose amplifies. A very original wine for the proposed cepage.
To discover around some oriental appetizers, , Pineapple pork, colombo of lamb and Pilaf rice.
