This wine presents a clear lemon yellow color with green glances.
Its nose fine and complex is well-bred, muscatel on mature fruit. During aeration pink grapefruit seeds of cumin dill and dry fruits aromas are revealed.
The mouth round and soft is marked by spices and yellow peach, clove and exotic fruits. It’s a strong and well balanced wine like all great wines. Enjoy it now or cellar it for a future match in a delicate way with a greedy and sophisticated gastronomy.
Slow cook ray thin, candied tomatoes cucumber and pearl of Japan, lightly spiced coco milk infusion, thyme and lemon, Mediterranean red muilet “meunière”, candied fennel and tapenade, black olives, lukewarm fougasse.
