A limpid and brilliant wine, with a beautiful light lemon yellow color with green hues.
A wine with a youthful character, a pleasant and intense nose, very characteristic of the cepage, with notes of ripe lemon, verbena and linden flowers.
On the palate it presents a pleasant tension, which evolves towards aromas of yellow fruits, exotic ripe fruits and a spicy touch. A warm and greedy wine.
One-sided pike-perch backed with shells; farmer poultry of Alsace in fricassee with fresh cream accompanied by spaëtzle and fried croutons.
