A lemon yellow colour with emerald reflections.
The first nose is discreet with mineral notes of gunflint and citrus fruits evolving on white flowers and lemongrass.
The attack is supple and the mouth is frank with mineral and blood orange notes.
A wine that will go perfectly with gougonette of sole in tartar sauce or fillet of red mullet in potato flakes.
