The colour of the wine is light yellow with silver reflections.
The first nose is discreet with notes of white flowers and cumin.
On aeration, we find notes of spices and ripe citrus fruits.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is full and warm and the finish is on exotic fruits and spices.
Enjoy pork colombo with madras rice or poultry tagine with lemon.
