The wine has a light yellow colour with silver highlights.
The nose is discreet with lime blossom and citrus fruit.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is ample and fresh. The minerality is very present and the saline finish leaves a nice freshness at the end.
A structured wine with a beautiful aromatic persistence.
To be enjoyed with pike quenelles à la Lyonnaise and poached turbot in mousseline sauce with steamed potatoes.
