The wine is light yellow in colour with emerald reflections.
The first nose is delicate with riesling flowers and citrus fruits then evolves on white fruits and wax notes. A beautiful complexity.
The mouth is ample and structured with a finish of acidulous candy.
A lovely Riesling that will go wonderfully with fish matelote à l’alsacienne or roasted pike-perch with cream and vegetable tagliatelle.
