The wine has a lemon yellow colour with golden highlights.
The nose is powerful with notes of candied citrus fruits evolving on exotic spices, smoked notes and candied apricots.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is ample, warm and generous, and the finish is spicy with a compact minerality. A wine of patience to wait for or to decant for those in a hurry.
A delicate wine to be served with poultry with morels or with a plate of smoked Nordic fish, or as a meditation wine
