The wine has a light yellow colour with emerald reflections.
The nose is discreet with fresh lemon and ripe citrus fruits.
The attack is supple and acidic, the mid-palate is fresh and the finish is of lime.
To be served with raw fish in coconut milk or a fisherman’s plate.
