The wine is a deep lemon yellow colour with silver highlights.
The nose is fine and very expressive with notes of white flowers evolving to white peach and grapefruit.
The attack is fresh and the mouth is full and rich.
A very elegant and balanced wine to be enjoyed for pleasure.
A wine to be enjoyed with a fish fry with remoulade sauce or a “bouchée à la reine”, spaëtzle.
