The wine’s colour is bright with a pale yellow hue and green reflections.
The nose is very expressive and pleasant.
The wine reveals an exotic character with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and pear.
In the mouth, the wine is supple with a nice vivacity that gives it length and finesse. The spicy character on the finish gives it character.
A scallop risotto with lemongrass or grilled salmon with split pea purée.
