The colour of the wine is light lemon yellow with silver reflections.
The first nose is pleasant and intense with notes of acacia, stewed williams pear and vegetal notes. When aired, lemony notes of sage complete this beautiful aromatic palette.
The mouth is round and supple with a fruity character and freshness and a mineral finish. A wine for pleasure without complexity, surprisingly mature on the nose and in the mouth.
A tasty pork head in jelly with herb vinaigrette and sautéed apples would be an excellent table companion for this wine, or a pressé of rabbit with tarragon and raw vegetables.
