The wine has a black cherry red colour with purple hues.
The nose is expressive and concentrated on black and red fruits with some empyreumatic and floral touches.
Supple attack in the mouth, with a suave and voluminous mid-palate. A powerful and generous wine on the fruit with a nice balance on the finish.
A great Pinot Noir to be enjoyed now but which can wait 3 to 5 years.
Saddle of venison, pan-fried vegetables.
Grilled entrecote steak, potato noisette.
