The wine has a light lemon yellow colour with silver highlights.
The first nose is pleasant with notes of yellow fruit and citrus. On aeration, mirabelle plum, lemon balm, sugar cane and smoked paprika.
In the mouth the wine is supple with a finish of bitter almond and spices.
Salmon tandori with madras rice.
