Vignoble Vorburger-Meyer
The wine has a light yellow colour with silver highlights.
The first nose opens with mineral and lemon notes and evolves on spices.
The attack is supple, the lemon comes out then evolves on candied citrus fruits and minerality. A very nice wine for gastronomy.
Truffled fillet of saint pierre just passed to the salamander with sautéed sun vegetables or Navarin of spring veal.
