The wine’s color is light yellow with silver hues.
The first nose unfurls a powerful pear and ripe lemon aroma, then evolves towards bergamote orange and undegrowth scents.
The attack is silky, the palet is full and generous with a spice-driven finish.

To be served alongside veal with green olives, vegetable tagliatelle or turkey strips with wholegrain mustard sauce and basmati rice
