The nose is expressive with honeyed and smoky notes evolving on bitter cocoa and undergrowth.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is ample with herbaceous and evolved aromas. The finish is acidulous with a hint of bitterness.
Wine to be served with a pan of chicken livers or a fricassee of lobsters.
