The colour of the wine is light yellow with silver reflections.
The nose is discreet with white flowers and apricot which evolves on mentholated notes.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is ample and suave with a finish of spices and minerality.
A pinot gris of a beautiful originality.
To be served with pan-fried veal rice with butter or chicken aiguillettes with cream sauce and small vegetables.
