The wine has a light yellow colour with emerald reflections.
The first nose is spicy and then evolves on undergrowth and white fruits.
The attack is frank.
The mouth is ample and fresh. A refreshing wine with a nice acidity.
To be enjoyed with salmon in sorrel sauce, small green asparagus and steamed apples or with a plate of Alsatian charcuterie.
