The colour of the wine is a light lemon yellow.
The aromatic expression is pleasant and expressive with notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango and papaya. On aeration, the notes of English candy and grapes in brandy.
The palate is supple and round with a finish of marzipan and candied pineapple.
Fresh goat’s cheese with roasted figs or warm goat’s cheese sandwiches with honey or with a lover.
