Clear, brilliant, yellow robe with green hues.
Very expressive nose, with fruity notes (pear syrup, apple) and floral notes (lime, geraniol). With aeration these aromas intertweave with the warm expression of the wine, conferring on it a great elegance and a beautiful complexity which is translated by scents of caramel, clove, star anise, vanilla and lemongrass.
On the palate the wine has suppleness and sweetness, on a very nice mid-palate balance. A final mineral touch sign the beautiful origin of this wine.
