Vignoble Vorburger-Meyer
Light lemon yellow colored, this wine is limpid and brilliant, with thick and slow legs.
The nose is delicate, with hints of lemon.
The mouth, ample and fresh, with power, is delicate though a little austere. It is structured by a well marked freshness but without hardness, which gives a very frank and gastronomic wine.
Mousseline frog sauce with herbs, or back of pikeperch cooked on one side seashell or a beautiful farmer poultry of Alsace in fricassee cream.
