Light yellow colour with silver highlights.
The nose has hints of undergrowth, fresh foam and grapefruit.
The attack remains supple but fresh, with aromas of citrus fruits (yuzu lemon) and lemongrass, with a good length in the mouth.
A charming wine to be enjoyed with fried carp or a velvety wood mushroom dish.
