The wine is bright and limpid, the aromatic expression is expressive with floral and fruity notes.
On aeration, white flowers of nettle, lemongrass, honeysuckle and fennel seed are revealed.
On the palate, a wine with balance and minerality.
An expressive and very pleasant Riesling with a nice balance.
A good choice of dishes: pike quenelles with cream and rice pilaf or shellfish with a Thai-style shellfish ravioli.
